Fructose glucose syrup was analyzed on SUGAR KS-801 according to Japanese Pharmaceutical Excipients 2013 method. It is necessary for the choice of column to satisfy resolution of fructose/glucose of ≥ 1.5 and relative standard deviation (RSD) of six times repeated measurements of ≤ 1.0%. It was confirmed that the all conditions were satisfied when they were analyzed using KS-801.
