Two types of high molecular weight hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS), CHIMASSORB® 944 and CHIMASSORB® 2020, as well as TINUVIN® 791, a mixture of high molecular weight HALS and monomer type HALS, were analyzed by Asahipak GF-310 HQ (an Aqueous/Organic (multi-solvent use) SEC column). Addition of organic amines such as triethylamine in the mobile phase helps the analysis of high molecular weight HALS.
