Mogroside V is a natural sweetener that is included in Momordica Grosvenori, and it is said that the sweetness of Mogroside V is several hundred times of sucrose. Morgroside V in Momordica Grosvenori was analyzed by Asahipak NH2P-50 4E, a polymer-based amino column.
1) Exactly weighting 0.2 g of Momordica Grsvenori, and exactly diluting to 10 ml total with the eluent.
2) Leaving it quietly for 2 hours.
3) Filtering it by a 0.45um-membrane-filter before injecting into HPLC.
