Analysis of Fatty Acids with Corona CAD (DS-613)
Several fatty acids were separated by RSpak DS-613,
a polymer-based reversed phase column, and detected by a corona CAD. By
using corona CAD, caprylic acid can be analyzed without an interfering
influence from the earlier-eluting solvent peaks.
