Gelatin is a purified protein which is made by partial acid hydrolysis or partial alkaline hydrolysis of animal collagen, and is used for stabilizer, lubricant, binder, brightening agent, or courting agent. In this application, two kinds of gelatin from animals are shown using OHpak SB-806M.
