Five glycols were analyzed using SUGAR SP0810, a ligand exchange mode column. With a size exclusion mode column, the glycols elute in the order of bigger to smaller molecular weight size. Meanwhile, with SP0810, the glycols elute in the order of smaller to bigger and well separated from each other. This result shows the effects of ligand exchange mode.
