Analysis of Ketohexose (SP0810)

Ketohexoses were analyzed using SUGAR SP0810 (a column for saccharides analysis).

Sample: 10 μL, 0.025 % each
1. Sorbose
2. Fructose
3. Tagatose
4. Psicose.

Column       : Shodex SUGAR SP0810 (8.0 mm I.D. x 300 mm)
Eluent       : H2O
Flow rate    : 1.0 mL/min
Detector     : Shodex RI
Column temp. : 80 °C
