Analysis of Maltose According to USP Method (KS-801)

According to the US Pharmacopeia (USP), analysis of maltose should be done using a column filled with L58 packing materials. The system suitability requires to satisfy the resolution between maltose and maltotriose to be ≥ 1.6 and relative standard deviation (RSD) of the maltose peak area to be ≤ 2.0%.
SUGAR KS-801 was confirmed to satisfy all required conditions for the analysis.
