PROTEIN LW-403 4D is a rapid semi-micro column for aqueous SEC (GFC) suitable for antibody protein analysis. A comparison of IgG aggregate separation with a conventional device and a semi-micro type device was completed. The resolution of the conventional device is reduced due to the diffusion of the sample outside the column. We recommend using a semi-micro type device to achieve the best column performance.
