PROTEIN LW-403 4D is a rapid semi-micro column for aqueous SEC (GFC) suitable for protein analysis. Comparison of proteins separation with a conventional device and a semi-micro type device. It can be seen that the resolution of the conventional device is reduced due to the diffusion of the sample outside the column. We recommend using a semi-micro type device to get the best column performance.
