LC/MS/MS Analysis of Histamine and Histidine (VC-50 2D)

Histamine is a neurotransmitter and it also is well known as a causative agent of food poisoning. In this application, HILICpak VC-50 2D was used for a LC/MS/MS analysis of histidine which is precursor of histamine. The two components can be simultaneously analyzed under acidic conditions.
