LC/MS/MS Analysis of Meglumine (VC-50 2D)

Meglumine is an amino-sugar derived from sorbitol. It is often used in pharmaceuticals or radio contrast media. In this application, LC/MS/MS analysis of meglumine was completed using a column for HILIC mode: HILICpak VC-50 2D. Acidic conditions are suitable for high sensitive analysis under positive mode for amine compounds.
