LC/MS/MS Analysis of Monoamine Neurotransmitters (VC-50 2D)

Five kinds of monoamine neurotransmitters were analyzed using HILICpak VC-50 2D, a polymer based column for HILIC mode. Histamine is more basic than other monoamines and causing a stronger ion exchange interactions between histamine and gel material resulting histamine to elute later.
