Polymer-amino column, Asahipak NH2P-50 2D was used for melamine LC/MS analysis. LC/MS provides high selectivity and high sensitive measurement.

Column　     : Shodex Asahipak NH2P-50 2D (2.0mmI.D. x 150mm)
Eluent       : (A) 5mM Ammonium formate(pH3 adjusted by formic acid)
               (B) CH3CN
               Gradient program; 90% B(0-10min)-20% B(10.01-20min)-90% B(20.01-35min)
Flow rate    : 0.2mL/min
Detector     : ESI-MS(Positive m/z=127.1)
Column temp. : 40°C
