Monosaccharides were analyzed using Asahipak NH2P-50 4E, a column for saccharides analysis. Fucose and rhamnose can be separated by adding phosphoric acid to the eluent.
Sample : 0.5% each, 10μL
1. Rhamnose
2. Fucose
3. Xylose
4. Arabinose
5. Mannose
6. Glucose
7. Galactose
Equilibration of NH2P-50 4E column: After passing 60mM Phosphoric acid in the column by 0.5 mL/min for 2 hours, it replaces by eluent.
