Polyacrylamide (3) (Comparison with SB-807 HQ and SB-806 HQ)

Polyacrylamide was analyzed with OHpak SB-806 HQ (exclusion limit: 2.0×10⁷g/mol) and SB-807 HQ (exclusion limit: 5.0×10⁸g/mol). In the analysis with SB-806 HQ, polyacrylamide elutes around exclusion limit. On the other hand, in the analysis with SB-807 HQ, polyacrylamide elutes with SEC mode.
