Low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) obtained by decomposing unfractionated heparin by chemical or enzymatic treatment is known as a blood coagulation inhibitor. In this application, parnaparin sodium which is one of LWMH was analyzed using PROTEIN KW-803 and KW-802.5 which are aqueous SEC (GFC) columns, connected in series.
