We’re looking to purchase two preparative HPLC columns to use with the Agilent 1100 (injection volume up to 900ul).
1. For small molecule separation MW < 1000 g/mol 2. For oligonucluotide conjugates (from unconjugated oligo and small molecules, 30bases long) The column should handle ~10mg molecules/run     Answer

GS-320HQでは、例えばヌクレオチド類（分子量1000以下）が下記のように分離しま
すし、

30base pair で排除限界に掛かるかどうかは微妙なところなのですが、排除限界に
掛かってしまう場合にはGS-520との併用、となります。
