Question I’m trying to analyze sugars by using Asahipak NH2P-50 4E. We have ESLD detector and are looking at following components – Rhamnose, Mannose, Arabinose, Galactose, Ribose, and Raffinose. Would you have any application index avalilable for me for the above components?     Answer We will attach the chromatograms of the sugars. (See attached file: 101104 SUGARS.pdf) Please refer to page 1 with using NH2P-50 column. We think the separation performance between rhamnose and ribose is not good. And we think it may be impossible to improve this separation performance even the eluent condition is controlled. Please refer to page 2 with using SZ5532 column as a reference. We think the separation performance of the components is better than that of NH2P-50. Regarding the details of SZ5532 column, please refer to the following page.     Additional Comments
