- We track mostly glucose and xylose in my group, but others track cellobiose, sucrose, fructose, galactose, arabinose and mannose. The column works fine for what we do for the most part but the fact that arabinose and mannose practically co-elute makes it difficult to close mass balance of sugars when data calls for it

Question I would like to know the molecular weights of the standards on the calibration curve. It would be nice if there was an easier way to find them on the website. Answer Please refer to the following regarding the molecular weight of each protein standards. Sample : 1. IgM 900,000 2. IgA 390,000 3. IgG 150,000 4. Transferrin 75,000 5. BSA 66,000 6. Ovalbumin 44,000 7. Chymotrypsinogen A 25,000 8. Myoglobin 17,000 9. Ribonuclease 13,700 10. Cytochrome c 12,400 We are sorry but we do not show the list of protein standards on our web page. We will attach a file for some protein standards. (See attached file: protein standard list.pdf) Additional Comments
