Question I have no problem accepting your conditions of no guarantee with the hexane/IPA mobile phase. However, could you tell me more about what the basis is for your concern with this issue of solvent compatibility. What about DMF or DMSO?     Answer Regarding DMSO, we do not recommend to use it. The base material of NH2P-50 column is PVA. In our experience, the pressure of the column packed with PVA material goes to over the usable pressure by the use of DMSO as the eluent. Regarding DMF, we had passed this organic solution through NH2P-50 column, and the column was not deteriorated by this use. However, we could not find the usable application example with this column and the eluent condition as the use of the normal phase separation.     Additional Comments
