My KT-27 itself already has four female nuts , but I need to purchase 4 male nuts with ferrule to connect tubing to and from KT-27 (I assume there is a typo in you attached file. The female nut with ferrule should be male nut with ferrule). What is the Part No of the male nut with ferrule? Does these male nuts fit 3mm OD x 2mmID tubings or 1/8 inch (3.175 mm) OD standard tubing ? Is the size of male nut size a standard one (means all other companies also use it? ) 2. Part No of tubing (3 mm OD x 2 mm ID) x1m? The nuts for 3mm OD x 2mmID tubing is general use, however, we are sorry but we do not deal in such products. Could you please ask URCHURCH? They are dealing with a lot of tubings and ferrules. And they must have the 3mmOD tubings and the nuts for the tubing. www.upchurch.com 3. I also need 2 male nuts to connect KT-27’s outlet tubing (3 mm OD x 2 mm ID) to my HPLC pump’s female nut at my HPLC end (I am using Waters 4000, Varian’s prep 218 with 100 ml pump head, and Rainin’s HPXL with 100 ml pump head. I think all these are using standard size of tubings ) . In also this case, we think UPCHURCH can provide the suitable nuts for the inlet of the pumps. Could you please ask them? 4. Is 3 mm OD x 2 mm ID standard 1/8 inch OD HPLC tubing (3.175 mmOD)? Do I need an union coupler for these two type tubings if they are different? 3mmOD and 1/8inch OD are used as the same size. We think it does not need the union connector. 5.Could you please email me a copy of KT-27 manual? We will attach the operation manual for KT-series degasser. (See attached file: KT-17_Operation_Manual090116.pdf) 6. What is KT-27’s max flow rate? Is it good for preparative HPLC? The maximum flow rate for KT-27 is 10mL/min.
