- We track mostly glucose and xylose in my group, but others track cellobiose, sucrose, fructose, galactose, arabinose and mannose. The column works fine for what we do for the most part but the fact that arabinose and mannose practically co-elute makes it difficult to close mass balance of sugars when data calls for it

Question I need fittings to be used with 1/8″ teflon tubing on Shodex Degas on-line HPLC degasser (LR79270, type KT-47, S/N 470954). Where can I get those fittings? These are not the usual 1/4-28 flat-bottom fittings, and I could not find anything on Upchurch web site. Answer We are sorry but we have quit to provide the parts for KT series degasser 3 years before, because we quit to provide the degasser in 1997. And we are sorry that we do not have the substitute parts. Additional Comments
