- We track mostly glucose and xylose in my group, but others track cellobiose, sucrose, fructose, galactose, arabinose and mannose. The column works fine for what we do for the most part but the fact that arabinose and mannose practically co-elute makes it difficult to close mass balance of sugars when data calls for it

However, we have used ODP-50 column with the following eluent condition for an analysis, and the column was not deteriorated with this condition. CH3CN/THF/H2O=45/20/35 So, we think THF is usable for ODP-50, though this condition in not guaranteed. Additional Comments
