Question I would like to know what is the REGENERATION PROCEDURE for this column (Shodex OHpak 6u SB-802.5 HQ 80A 300x8mm). One of my customers is requiring for this.     Answer If the eluent condition is an aqueous solution and any hydrophobic compounds are adsorbed to the packing material, add 20% of acetonitrile into the eluent and run it at 0.5mL/min. Please confirm if any precipitation is not made by adding acetonitrile before running. If a saline in the eluent makes the precipitation, run 60mL of H2O, and 120mL of the mixture of H2O and acetonitrile(8/2). If any proteins are adsorbed to the packing material, run the following washing solution at 0.5mL/min. 　50mM Na2HPO4 aqueous solution If the column has a higher pressure, run the eluent from the outlet of the column at 0.2mL/min, and observe if the pressure is decreased. In this case, do not connect the detector with the column. Please note that if the gap was made by the higher pressure or misuse, it is impossible to regenerate the column performance.     Additional Comments SB column cleaning
