Question We would like to separate the open circular form and the supercoiled of DNA plasmid using anionic Exchange Chromatography but I didn’t find the column in your catalogue. Have you columns for doing this? If yes, what is the recommended column for that?     Answer We are sorry but we do not have the application data for the analysis of the open circular form and the supercoiled of DNA plasmid. If anion exchange column is usable, the following columns might be usable. Functional group: Diethylaminoethyl Packing material : Porous Ion exchange capacity(meq/g): 0.6 Functional group: Quanternary ammonium Packing material : Porous Ion exchange capacity(meq/g): 0.45 Functional group: Functional group:Diethylaminoethyl Packing material : Non-porous Ion exchange capacity(meq/g): 0.4 Functional group: Functional group:Diethylaminoethyl Packing material : Porous Ion exchange capacity(meq/g): 0.55 Functional group: Functional group:Diethylaminoethyl Packing material : Porous Ion exchange capacity(meq/g): 1.2 Please refer to the following regarding the details of these ion exchange columns. http://www.shodex.com/english/da0301.html     Additional Comments
