Question I wish to receive any technical or app notes specific to PEO separations. I am interested in the MW range of 100K to 1000K but any notes would be very helpful.     Answer These are application date of PEO. http://www.shodex.com/english/ip59.html PEO is generally in Size Exclusion Chromatography with aqueous or DMF as eluent. In the MW range of 100K to 1000K, we would like to recommend the following columns. If you use aqueous or DMF as eluent,Shodex OHpak SB-806M HQ would be suitable. If you use DMF or NMP as eluent,Shodex GPC KD-805 or LF-804 would be suitable. Please　refer to the specifications of the columns.
