Question I’m looking for a size exclusion column to analyze for ~5000 MW polyvinyl sulfonate (linear polymer). Do you have a recommendation?     Answer Sorry,we do not have date of polyvinylsulfonate. We guess polyvinylsulfonate is anion polymer. We recommend to add salts into eluent to prevent molecular swelling and ionic interaction between sample and particles of the column. Please let us know the following conditions to select a suitable column. 1) Which eluent do you use? 2) Is 5000 MW the highest MW in your sample?     Additional Comments
