Question I need support in the configuration of your column, pre-columns and suppresor for the determination of anion under the Standards Method 4110B for (Cl, NO2, Br,NO3, PO4, SO4) and the column, pre-columns and suppresor for the determination of cation under ASTM 6919 for the determination of Lithium, Sodium, Ammonium, Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium. I have the HPLC system with pump (low pulsation), autoijector, oven (20-80 C) and Conductivity detector all parts of the shimadzu Prominence system.     Answer Shodex IC SI-52 4E is usable for the method. This analysis method needs to use chemical suppressor for anions. Please confirm if this suppressor is installed before the conductivity detector. Shodex IC YS-50 is usable for the method .
