Question Question : My detector is warning Low Light Intensity and it will fluctuate up and down.How is this fixed/what is the issue?     Answer We can think the following 2 causes; 1) the flow cell or the line is dirty, 2) the solenoid valve assembly is broken. Could you tell me whether you can hear the sound the solenoid valve is changed when you turn on and off “Purge”? If you can hear the sound, the problem will be solved by cleaning the flow cell or the line. If you cannot hear the sound, the replacement of the solenoid valve assembly will be needed. It seems to be caused by dirty of the flow cell. In order to clean it, could you run 100% pure water at 1 mL/min for 2 days with tuning on “Purge”? If you cannot solve the problem by doing above, the detector must be repaired by the distributor. Could you tell me which distributor supplied it to you?     Additional Comments
