Question

Answer
We are sorry to say, but starting to feel it might be difficult to analyze your sample with NH2P column.
NH2P column has more amine groups than Inertsil column and seems like this is causing too much ion-exchange effect..
You have mentioned USP method, but do you have to use amino column to do the analysis?
We do have silica-based amino column, but probably it will cause similar problem as Inertsil column did.
We are wondering if following application can be applied..
http://shodex.net/index.php?seitenid=1&applic=112
This uses our SEC column.
