new SZ columns having a problem. injected standards and obtained good peaks. other chemist injected different samples – then peaks started to split and became broad. -> possibly something in the sample removed zinc ligand. recommended to regenerate the column. 2D column, seems to be working well, but their HPLC system pump failed down so right now, cannot continue the experiment.
