Columna: C8 de 150 x 4.6 mm 5 µ because the they have a probleCm with durability.
They are testing Sodium picosulfate, with a phosphate buffer at pH7.0: ACN (85:15)
I see that the ODP2 HP 4D would be a good match for this. Would you agree?

If they are happy with C8 separation effeciency but having the column life problem, I would suggest Asahipak C8P-50 4D.
Another option will be regular ODP-50 4D, most likely the elution time will be longer than C18.
