Question I have a customer interested in the AFPak AAV-894 column (F7118963) I have shown him the following separation http://www.shodex.com/english/dc010805.html He would like to know if he could use acetonitrile rather than IPA And also what the chemical compatibility is for this column.     Answer thank you for the inquiry. We are afraid but using acetonitrile is out of our guarantee. We do not recommend your customer use it.     Additional Comments お問い合わせの件、各方面に確認してみたのですが、使用、検討実績がなく、アセ トニトリルは補償範囲外の使用条件になってしまいます。 ただし、AAV-894は50%のIPAで使用できますので（取扱説明書には10%まで、と記載 がありますが、アプリケーションデータでは50%を使用しています。以前、新保さん にこの矛盾について確認しましたところ、AAV-894に限っては50%IPAは使用しても問 題はない、という回答をいただきました）、代わりにアセトニトリルを使用しても 充てん剤の変性は起こらないと考えられます。
