The customer who purchased RI-201 asked for assistance connecting to Agilent Chem Station. Can you or someone in Shoko offer some tips on connecting this detector to the Agilent data system? They are wishing to use the detector for GPC analysis.

Answer
Your customer can use Shodex RI-201 (and for your information RI-101 also) with Agilent HPLC system.
However, it is not possible to control the detector by Chemstation.
The integrator only receives analog signal from the RI.
Probably unless Agilent side makes specific programing it won’t be possible.
