I would appreciate to receive some technical note about SB404-4E . The customer would like to know if he could analize Carboxymethylcellulose with this column. Sorry, I realized that you mentioned about MW.. so yes for that MW SB404 can be used. However, may require to add SB-402.5 if the analyte has wide MW distribution. Also please make sure that the customer has semi-micro system to be able to fully benefit SB404.

Do you know the MW of your customers sample?
For Carboxymethylcellulose, it might require larger pore size.

Unfortunately, we do not have the one with 15,000A for SB400 series.
Also to use SB400 series, the customer has to have semi-micro HPLC system that can control the flow rate of ~0.2 mL/min.
