Question
Columns for the analysis of Maillard, Nanoproteins
Mono-Lysozyme, Casein, Clay minerals, Calmodulin

Answer
Maillard – What I found this is “reaction between sugars and protein”. So I’m assuming that the customer is analyzing sugar…or protein.
I need more information for this.. possible analytes – type of sugar or protein. Most likely the recommendation would be one of sugar columns.

Nanoproteins – again, I need to know more information on analytes.. probably either RP or ion exchange..or could be KW, but need to know the size & properties of the protein.

Mono-Lysozyme
I think the one you found can be applied for this.

Casein
Could be RSpak RP18-415 if they are analyzing casein in milk and interested in method similar to the method shown here…

Clay minerals – I need to know what analytes they are interested in. are they inorganic/organic, ionic/non-ionic ??

Calmodulin
I think KW-802.5 will be the recommendation. But need to make sure that the size of calmodulin that the customer is interested in.
