Question
pressure increase after injecting 2 samples: -5% serum
-45% 1X PBS w/ a bioconjugate of curcumin and a protein polymer (~60kDa)
-50% Mobile Phase (75% Acetonitrile/25% H2O)

Answer
This is what I was advised. One possibility you could try is to introduce basic solvent; 0.01 NaOH.
If you cannot introduce any solvent because of the blockage at this point, you could put ONLY the Inlet filter part of the column in sonication. However, this is outside of our guaranteed use and there is a potential risk of breaking the column, so please be aware of this point and do not submerge whole part of column in the sonication. Once the blockage is removed, you may introduce NaOH solution to clean the column. Also our advice is to use always use a guard column to protect more expensive analytical column.
