I am coordinating a GFC analysis with a colleague in Japan. I would like to make sure that the columns and standards we both use will match so our results will match closely.

The laboratory in Japan uses the AsahiPak GSM-700 7E. I was told when I tried to order it that is was not available and obtained AsahiPak GF-7M HQ instead. Is the GSM-700 7E column still available in Japan? Is the replacement available? If not, when will it be available in Japan?
The standards we will use are pullulan. How long, approximately, do you ship a pullulan standard before it is exhausted and a new lot is shipped? Would you expect the molecular weight results to differ as new lots of standard are received and used? I am interested in making sure the equipment of both labs is not a source of variability.
