, I do still need to try to improve our method currently running on a SB-805. We are using this column in a similar fashion as demonstrated on your poster at ACS 2007. On this poster Shodex demonstrated the use of SB-807 for separating drug delivery liposomes.

We are separating drug containing nanoparticles which also employ a cationic co-surfactant. While attempting to use differing higher density charge cationic polymers we have lost the ability to elute our material. The original mobile phase was 0.5X PBS which has worked well with >1000 injections/column with good recovery and reproducibility. The new cations have resulted in a loss of 90% mass and inability to recover the column. We have tried NaNO3, NH4SO4, 0.05%triton X (a mobile phase modifier which has worked well for us in the past on neutral particles), 0-30% MeOH,

I think we may be able to have a discussion without having to reveal any proprietary information re our material. I you could arrange for 30 min sometime in the near future that would be appreciated.
