- We track mostly glucose and xylose in my group, but others track cellobiose, sucrose, fructose, galactose, arabinose and mannose. The column works fine for what we do for the most part but the fact that arabinose and mannose practically co-elute makes it difficult to close mass balance of sugars when data calls for it

I have a question from Brazil , they want to analize , I think we can recommend our c18 column or Shodex but the ph range of this column is up to 8 , so I would suggest the ODP2 but not sure . could you please help me .

Not because of the pH, but because of the temperature requirement -if they are going to follow the method you found, I recommend ODP40 4E.
