C18 4E, analysis of dihydrocodeine bitartrate in cold syrup. Using 20%ACN/80% buffer pH3.3. after 100 injections, peak split. Washed with MeOH and Water, hot water. No peak splitting, but broadning and tailing.

I think the analyte is “dihidrocodeina bitartrate” in cough syrup.
And I think problem is exactly what is written here..

I cannot promise this will regenerate the column, but I would suggest to clean the column with 100% ACN (reversed-flow) at 50oC.
