They want a column for carbohydrates , silica based , with a polymeric ligand of primary amino groups .
Another column for organic acids with a counter ion H+, 6 µm and 17000( TPN ) 8x 300mm.

Answer
1. Our amino column for the analysis of carbohydrates would be NH2P50, but polymer base.

2. Column for organic acid analysis with a counter ion H+: SUGAR SH1011/1821. Need names of organic acids to recommend which is better.
