Do you have any information on using the 806M-HQ column to analyze Factor VIII (or IX or X)? We tried on the 806M-HQ column but the protein did not come off at 150 mM buffer as the mobile phase.

 
 

Answer
What type of buffer are you using and at what pH? Did you try different concentration of the buffer or any other salt?
Do you think you can add some % of ACN without precipitating the protein?
