Sample: glatiramer acetate (glutamic acid, lysine, alanine, tyrosine?)

Question
What column should be recommended for the analysis of glatiramer acetate?

Answer
We have application showing the separation of glatiramer acetate by CXpak P-421S.
But, please let them know to check the conditions carefully.

The system uses VIS detector with post column method.
Also the example uses a complicated gradient settings.
Since they are separating four amino acids, I don’t think this is not required for them.
Another possibility is to use IC YS-50. Although we do not have application.

Do they have any separation mode in mind that they want to try??
I feel like RP would be an easier method if they can use..
