I have a customer who is looking for a GPC column for this:

Mix of MPEG/PEG
95%-99% MPEG with MW 5000g/mol
1-5% PEG with MW 10 000 g/mol

MPEG and PEG are water soluble.

They are looking for a column and method that would allow them to separate these and quantify.
MPEG = methoxy polyethylene glycol =

PEG = polyethylene glycol

I would recommend using SB-803 HQ.

Comparison of Chromatogram of PEG Mixtures

Only my concern is that if the two compounds have a wide MW
distribution, their peaks may overlap.
Does the customer have any idea how wide the MW distribution of each
MPEG and PEG would be?
