Question
The peak from 804+802.5 is so asymmetric, is the result usable? If I use 3 columns in series, will the peak still be asymmetric? Could you comment on the below? I think 2X804 is better than 804+802.5 across the board.

 
 

Answer
The symmetrical peak indicates that the larger MW range was not fully separated. So the obtained result will not provide you an accurate MW information. Under supervision, do you think you can use three columns and inject just one sample?
Theoretically, using three columns, you should see a symmetrical peak + good lower MW range separation.
