Question
I am seeking an advice for a GPC column that can be used for analysis of oligonucleotides by size exclusion.

Loading capacity of 0.1g -5g ranging from 250 to about 25,000 daltons. (10 to 70 mer oligonucleotides).

They are looking for nominal column dimensions of 300mm x 7.5mm, but 300 x 8.0 would be fine.

Answer
I would recommend Asahipak GS-320 HQ, a multimode column, 6um, 7.5x300mm.
Below are some examples. About loading volume, I won’t recommend injecting more than 0.3 g.
If they need to handle 5 g of sample, it will require preparative scale.
