- We track mostly glucose and xylose in my group, but others track cellobiose, sucrose, fructose, galactose, arabinose and mannose. The column works fine for what we do for the most part but the fact that arabinose and mannose practically co-elute makes it difficult to close mass balance of sugars when data calls for it

Are they talking about the exclusion volume?
We do not provide the information, but they can estimate from the calibration curve (also the entire column volume can be estimated from it).

We do not generally use SB columns for peptide analysis, so I’m sorry but we do not have a data to suggest a loading volume.
What we may be refer to is another GFC column (KW) same dimensions as the SB.
