Silica 5C4 4E (F6650053, 4.6×250 mm, 5um) I believe the customer is looking for a silica based column?
If mobile phase pH requirement is outside of pH 2-7.5, you may recommend Asahipak C8P-50 4E (F7620005, polyvinyl alcohol base C8 column, 4.6×250 mm, 5um).

C-18 HPLC columns – specification 150mm x 3,9mm – Particle size 4

We do not have a column with exact specification above.
Our recommendation will be either C18-4D (F6651010, 4.6×150 mm, 5 um) or C18-4C 3 um (F6651013, 4.6×100 mm, 3 um).
Again they are silica-base column. If the customer requires to use mobile phase outside of pH2-7.5, please let me know it with their application.
I may recommend one of our polymer-based columns.
